Shopping Information

Payment options. We accept all major International credit cards.

Security

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorised entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.

Purchase

In order to purchase a art work at tedostudio.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and we have made your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Confirmation

When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

Customs Duty and VAT

All products are sent to you from EU, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply, for which we cannot be held responsible. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout.

Colours

We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the art work actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer or other device. Also each piece is unique and variations in the surface structure and edges might occur.

All designs, logos and names are the property of tedo studio and can not only be used without permission.

The content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belong to tedo studio. Any material on the website, including image pictures, designs and graphics, may not be reproduced, and it may not be used commercially without referring to tedo studio.

Product Information

At tedostudio.com we sell wall art — all based on the following principles:

All art pieces are locally produced in EU.
Our wall art are in limited editions.
Each piece is hand-painted with eco friendly paint/plaster.

Fragility

Our wall art response to touch, sunlight, humidity and temperature. Over time, the wooden parts may bend slightly, and the surfaces may change and react to the surroundings with a change in colour and small crackles in the plaster. Natural variations in organic materials are not considered defects. Tedo studio is explicitly excluded from all liability for any damage or loss that such defects or variations may cause, directly or indirectly.

Care Instructions

In general, please avoid touching our art work.
Always carefully use the included gloves when moving or mounting a wall art.
Use only a feather duster to clean our pieces. Please note that water/fluid can damage our wall art!

Mounting Instructions

We strongly recommend only professionals to handle and mount our art work to the wall. Mounting should be carried out by a qualified person, because wrong mounting may lead to that the wall art will fall down and cause injury or damage. Fastening devices (screws and wall plugs) for the wall are not included since different wall materials require different types of fastening devices. Use screws and wall plugs suitable for your wall. Assess the suitability of the wall to ensure that the screws and wall plugs will withstand the forces generated. For advice on suitable fastening devices, contact a professional.

Do not place the wall art outside, close to fire, close to heat (e.g. a heater/radiator) close to water or in any humid environment, as the wall art respond to touch, sunlight, humidity and temperature.

Carefully use the included gloves when moving or mounting a pieces to prevent scratches and pay attention to fragile edges.
